WC & LAV β€” Replace Not Demo Existing WC and LAV are replaced with new fixtures reconnecting to existing rough-in. Confirm existing stub locations are ADA compliant before ordering fixtures. WC centerline must land 17"–18" from side wall or you're cutting slab.
