🔩Furnish & install S3 3-comp sink with pre-rinse, (2) HS hand sinks with mixing valves, new faucet only at existing mop sink

🔩Furnish & install BK-GT-50 above-ground grease interceptor — 3" direct waste from S3, (2) 2" vents, 3" outlet to existing 4" sanitary

🔩Install complete DWV system — PVC Sch 40 above slab, cast iron at/below slab. Verify existing 4" sanitary invert before committing.

🚩 RED FLAGS

Existing 4" Sanitary — Invert & Condition Unknown Drawings call for connecting to existing 4" main. Verify invert elevation, size, and condition before committing to a hard number. Camera inspection recommended. If re-rough required add 10–20 LF cast iron and slab cut allowance.

WC & LAV — Replace Not Demo Existing WC and LAV are replaced with new fixtures reconnecting to existing rough-in. Confirm existing stub locations are ADA compliant before ordering fixtures. WC centerline must land 17"–18" from side wall or you're cutting slab.

GI Furnish Responsibility BK-GT-50 is listed as GC furnish on EQ100. Confirm with GC in writing before bid — this is NOT owner furnished. Include in your number unless GC explicitly splits it out.

Trap Primer — Coordinate Before Framing Trap primer valve must be recessed in wall min 12" AFF with access panel. Nail down the wall location with GC before drywall goes up. Any change after close-in is a costly cut.

Water Heater — 208V/3PH Electrical AO Smith DRE-52 requires 208V/3PH by EC. Confirm dedicated circuit is in EC scope and coordinate rough-in stub location before setting the unit. Don't set until power is confirmed.
